How’s everyone today?

Sun’s back in town so I’m happy - that simple. I’m a man of simple pleasure…

I slept in up to 5:20 am, I know still bloody early right but 20 mins later than usual. Photos around the Icebergs, then went to check the guys from Conscious Community doing their things. I even did a 2 min ice bath myself - except that you lose all sense of masculinity, there are so many benefits to it and you feel so bloody good afterwards!

Then, I caught up with my mates Lukey and Simon. By the way, the last photo of today is my mate Simon, being all sexy and all that.
