¿Cómo estás? Muy bien. That’s how much Spanish I can talk these days. I used to be better but eh it’s hard if you don’t practice.

Anyhow, enough show-off, this morning was just sensational or what I like to say: ‘sun-sational’. Did you see the sunrise? Were you down there? What did you think of it?

After a run, up to Clovelly and back, I was greeted by an amazing sky once I arrived back in Bondi. The colours were amazing - muy bien!
