You sleep, you lose
Morning my friends,
I know the title is a bit harsh but that’s pretty much the reality. What a morning my friends but you had to be down there between 5:30am and 6ish, then it was all gone. As they say, early birds catch the worms.
And if you think that 5:30 am is early, some have already done a 1.6 km run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 air squats with a 10kg weight vest by that time.
