Today is the official R U OK? Day, a very special day. I already mentioned it yesterday but check on your family and friends and make sure that they are mentally fit. I'm more than OK! Loving life and all that. Are you? If you are not, please seek help. If you are not feeling too well, there are some wonderful organisations that can help you cope. I rocked up late, took a few photos of what was in front of me, went for my daily dose of Vitamin Sea and joined my mates for coffee. Life is good.
On another note, if you live locally, Aussie musicians Peking Duk are launching their new escargot food truck venture, freshly named by the public “Escar on the Go”, with a free live performance at Bondi Pavillion today from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Get in early if you want to see them performing and score some freebies.
